Suits: Decent
Leather: For the love of god steer clear of this place.
Let’s start off with the decent — I brought my suits by a while back, and they did a very decent job, no complaints and everything in order — staff was lovely.
Now to the leather … They have completely destroyed the b3 bomber jacket I brought in from Schott NYC — I was told they would clean the fur, and condition the leather, running the risk that the jacket may bec ome slightly darker.
The result was a completely bleached — ivory colour mess when I got it back. They were adamant that nothing was wrong and the result was to be expected, blaming the quality of the jacket and 0 wrongdoing on their part.
The manager was both rude and unapologetic about the incident. They offered to send the jacket back to the cleaner, to which I asked will they attempt to re-dye the jacket? The answer was a clear no, which made the offer pointless.
Furious, I took back my other leathers I had dropped off, and asked for a refund on the work they had yet to accomplish — This we agreed on, I left my account details, however I was never reimbursed.
A shame since the suit service was decent, but I’m never setting foot in there again and would strongly urge others to keep their leather far away from this place. … – show
Would not recommend dry cleaning services. The dress is totally destroyed — stained by some chemicals at the Renseriet. Ordinary polyester fabric with silver pallets. This outcome was not predicted. The dress did not have these stains upon delivery to the Renseriet.
